Lissa Thomson

Lissa Thomson is a recognized expert and thought leader in the field of healthcare risk management. She has distinguished herself as an impressive management professional with more than 30 years of experience serving in executive leadership roles at some of the world’s largest insurance brokerages and healthcare agencies including Marsh Inc., Johnson & Higgins, and Blue Cross.

Currently, she is senior vice president and chief consultant of Lockton Insurance Brokers, LLC, the Pacific Series of Lockton Companies. Lockton is the largest independent, privately owned, global insurance broker, that employs more than 5,600 professionals and serves 48,000 clients around the world with risk management, insurance, employee benefits consulting, and retirement services.

Ms. Thomson is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Mathematics Education. She is married and has two children: a wild-life ecologist and an active-duty Navy pilot.
