As of March 31, 2021, KB Bukopin's shares were 67% owned by KB Kookmin Bank, PT Bosowa Corporindo 10.03%, the Republic of Indonesia 3.18% and the public reached 19.78%.

On February 23, 2021, after obtaining approval from the OJK on February 8, 2021, the Company, announced a change in the name and new logo of PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. to become PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. As Known KB Bukopin with a new tag line "Together, we are the financial stars."
