Thiago Cazarim

Thiago Cazarim is a seasoned professional in service delivery and project management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Avvale since August 2024. Responsibilities include managing service delivery in SAP, Non-SAP, and Thomson Reuters projects, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Thiago held various positions at PTC Group, where responsibilities included business development, project management, and oversight of international projects across multiple countries. Previous experience also includes a Technical Leader role at MAC Gestão, focusing on maintenance and supply management projects, and a Senior Management Consultant role, where strategic improvement initiatives were developed. Thiago's career began with internships at Siemens and MundoPro, providing foundational experience in project operations and client relations. Currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management at USP/Esalq, Thiago holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
