Sienna Rodriguez

Sienna Rodriguez is a Teaching Associate at Monash University, focusing on programming fundamentals in Python since February 2023. Sienna is also a Student Fellow at Startmate, selected as one of 159 fellows from 700 applicants during the Summer '21 program, gaining exposure to innovation and entrepreneurship. Previously, Sienna served as a Design Officer and Team Engagement Officer for the Monash Association of Coding, managing marketing campaigns and events while fostering a collaborative environment. Experience as a Software Engineer Intern at NAB involved creating a mini-app generator and enhancing code quality and security. Sienna's early career included a role as Head Webmaster for the Monash University Dance Society, where improvements led to increased membership and streamlined administrative processes. Sienna holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Software Engineering from Monash University, completed in 2022.
