Judith Keating

Judith Keating is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at PTO Genius since September 2021, Judith previously held the position of Human Resources Director for the City of New Bedford. Judith's extensive experience includes leadership roles as Human Resources Director and Assistant Head of Administrative Services in the Town of Reading, MA, as well as positions at The PLUS Company and various roles in the City of Lawrence, MA, where responsibilities included managing self-insured health and workers' compensation plans and overseeing community health initiatives. Judith also has a background in financial planning and project management, and has contributed to community organizations through program coordination and local government service. Judith's educational credentials include certifications in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a National Supported Employment Certification from Virginia Commonwealth University.
