Neil Alex Long

Neil Alex Long is a seasoned professional in customer support and operational leadership, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Player Support at PTW since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing over 1200 staff across multiple sites and overseeing client services in gaming and non-gaming sectors.
