Annie Comtois

Annie Comtois is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public health and Indigenous services. Currently serving as the Executive Director at the Centre for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Equity within the Public Health Agency of Canada since July 2021, Annie Comtois previously held the position of Director of Programs and Performance in the same center. Prior experience includes over a decade at Indigenous Services Canada, where roles included Director of Family Violence Prevention and Urban Programs, as well as Manager of Urban Programming for Indigenous Peoples. Earlier career milestones involved managing executive correspondence for the Prime Minister and multiple ministers at the Privy Council Office and the Canada Revenue Agency. Annie Comtois holds a Master of Science in Wildlife Management from Université du Québec à Rimouski and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Ottawa.
