John Buckley

John Buckley is a Design Strategy Director at Public Policy Lab since May 2019, responsible for overseeing design strategy and foresight practices. Previously, John served as a Senior Strategist, leading strategic service improvement projects for low-income Americans, and as a Design Strategist, focusing on enhancing public services for homeless communities in New York City. John's early career includes roles as a UX Designer at Frontend.com, a part-time lecturer in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Limerick, and a UX Designer at DESIGNATION Labs, among others. Notable achievements include significant contributions at PR Slides, where the team expanded and gained recognition in Forbes, and leading LEAN projects at Boston Scientific. John holds a Master of Science in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design, a Service Design certificate from Munster Technological University, and a BBS in Marketing from University of Limerick.
