Nicole Rudeau

Nicole Rudeau is an experienced professional in human resources and compliance, currently serving as an Ethics & Compliance Investigator at PSEG since October 2012. Responsibilities include conducting audits on FMLA, disability, and workers' compensation claims, interfacing with medical professionals, and managing claims strategies. Previously, Nicole held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Helmsley Park Lane Hotel, managing a staff of over 550 employees and overseeing various HR functions. Nicole began their career as a Bank Teller at North Jersey Federal Credit Union and as a Customer Service Coordinator at Lynne's Auto Group. Nicole holds an MBA in Organizational Management and Leadership from New Jersey City University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management - Human Resource from Berkeley College.
