Grace Lum

Grace Lum is an experienced professional with a diverse background in people and culture, marketing, and group fitness instruction. Currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at Publicis Groupe since March 2022, Grace previously held multiple leadership roles at The Pistol, including Head of People & Culture and Marketing Director, from December 2014 to March 2022. With significant experience in the fitness industry, Grace has been a Group Fitness Instructor at Fitness First since July 2007 and at Virgin Active from June 2010 to October 2017. Earlier career roles include brand management for Strongbow Cider at Carlton United Breweries and various positions at Clemenger BBDO - Fusion and CSM Australasia Pty Ltd. Grace holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from Western Sydney University and completed secondary education at Hornsby Girls High.
