Marcel Stancu

Marcel Stancu is an experienced Cloud Specialist at Publicis Sapient since November 2024, previously serving as a Senior Java Engineer full stack at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 2023 to November 2024. Stancu has a strong background in developing micro-services and server architectures, having created a report generation ecosystem on AWS Lambda and developed a GraphQL server at the National Bank of Belgium. Other roles include significant contributions to companies such as SNEF, where J2EE applications were rewritten using microservices, and Coface, where significant application transformations were undertaken. Stancu possesses expertise in various technologies including Spring Boot, React, Angular, Kafka, and REST APIs, complemented by a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Craiova.
