Nicolas Vasseur

Nicolas Vasseur is a seasoned technical sales leader currently serving as the Technical Sales Director and Head of Presales for the Salesforce Practice EMEA at Publicis Sapient since October 2023. Previously, Nicolas held various roles at Salesforce from April 2015 to October 2023, including Strategic Advisor & Senior Regional Lead for France, where responsibilities included advising MuleSoft customers on governance and architecture, and ensuring customer success and reduced attrition. Nicolas also worked as a Senior Technical Architect in both Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, where notable achievements included winning the Marketing Cloud Services Innovation Award in 2015. Before Salesforce, Nicolas accumulated extensive experience at Assima PLC in roles such as Scrum Master, Software Architect, Project Leader, Product Manager, and Software Engineer. Earlier, Nicolas was a Software Developer at ARES, and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Management from Polytech Montpellier.
