Radhika Mansabdar

Radhika Mansabdar has amassed considerable experience in the fields of Learning and Development as well as Talent Acquisition. Currently serving in the Learning and Talent Development department at Publicis Sapient since February 2024, Radhika previously worked at Otomeyt, an AI/ML-driven Talent Engineering platform in Singapore, from March 2023 to February 2024. At Otomeyt, Radhika focused on enhancing Talent Development and Acquisition solutions for global organizations. Prior to that, Radhika held a position in Talent Acquisition at Apar Peopleworld Software Pvt Ltd from October 2021 to March 2023, contributing to the integrated recruitment platform known as CATALYST, which combines assessments, training, and placements for customized talent solutions worldwide.
