Camilla Morozini

Camilla Morozini is an experienced Training & Development professional currently serving as the Training & Development Manager at Gerdau since July 2021. In this role, Camilla has been instrumental in structuring the Leadership Academy (SIGA) across Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay, enhancing learning governance and culture. Camilla previously held the position of Training & Development Leader at Gerdau, where responsibilities included planning and designing leadership learning strategies. Prior to Gerdau, Camilla worked at Vale as Senior Education & Talent Management, focusing on restructuring learning initiatives during the pandemic, and at Diversey as an HR Business Partner.
