Jordan Schmid

Jordan Schmid is a highly experienced Customer Success Training Manager at Puffy, where responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs that align customer success strategies with sales objectives, ultimately driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Puffy in September 2024, Jordan served as Head of North American Sales and Operations and Commercial Partnerships Manager at Bodyguard.ai, a company specializing in text moderation solutions to combat online toxic content. Additional roles include Assistant Project Manager at the Club des Entrepreneurs du Pays de Grasse and various positions in customer service, sales, and technical support across several organizations. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from both the University of South Wales and IPAG Business School, as well as an Associate of Arts in Business/Commerce from Wake Technical Community College.
