Scott Armstrong

Scott Armstrong, former president and chief executive officer of Group Health Cooperative, serves on the boards of Puget Sound Energy and Puget Energy.

Armstrong has more than 30 years of experience in health care. He’s currently a commissioner of the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission; board member of the Alliance of Community Health Plans in Washington, D.C.; and a board member of America’s Health Insurance Plans. He’s also a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
