Thea Reeves

Thea Reeves serves as the Apprenticeship Programs Leader at Puget Sound Energy since May 2024. Previously, Thea held the position of Head of Learning and Development at Assurance IQ, a Prudential Company, where responsibilities included designing and managing comprehensive learning programs for employees and agents. Thea's experience also includes roles at Starbucks, where leadership in global learning programs was demonstrated, particularly in the Global Leadership Development and Global Talent teams, along with a focus on cultural immersion initiatives. Additional experience encompasses positions in learning and development management at Expedia Group, Nordstrom, Liberty Mutual Insurance, CDK Global, and Holiday Retirement, as well as an early career as a Business Analyst at SAIF Corporation. Thea holds various educational credentials, including a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
