Markus Grefer

Markus Grefer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and marketing within the cosmetics and fragrance industries. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager for PUIG in the D-A-CH region since May 2011, Markus oversees operations for subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with a team of approximately 70 employees. Previously, Markus held key leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, including Team Leader for Sales in the Perfumery & Lifestyle Division and Regional Market Strategy Manager for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Early career experience includes a Division Manager position at Wella AG, focusing on Consumer markets in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Markus holds a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in Economics from Hochschule Fulda and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and IMD Lausanne.
