Michelle Garside

Michelle Garside is an experienced retail and sales professional with a career spanning over two decades in the beauty and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Head of Retail (Prestige) at Puig UK since November 2019, Michelle is accountable for sales, staffing, and wholesale targets across the UK and Ireland, managing a team of 150 store teams and six Regional Sales Managers. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions at Clinique from August 2014 to November 2019, including Regional Sales Marketing Manager and Sales & Education Executive, where responsibilities included the management of sales across the South West region. Michelle's career began at Alliance Boots in November 1997, progressing through various roles including Development Manager and Store Manager, acquiring extensive skills in operational processes, team development, and customer service management. Michelle's educational background includes A-levels in Dance and English from Hammond School.
