Rochelle Lack

Rochelle Lack is an experienced NPD Manager currently with Pukka since May 2024, previously serving in the same role at Greencore from January 2023 to May 2024, focusing on M&S Cafe and deli products. Prior to that, Rochelle held the position of Concept Development Manager at FRESH-PAK CHILLED FOODS LIMITED, specializing in chilled dips and deli fillers for prominent retail accounts such as Lidl and Tesco.
