Chad Swint

Chad Swint is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimation and project management. Currently serving as Chief Estimator at Pulice Construction, Inc. since July 2024, Chad previously held the position of Senior Estimator at Hubbard Construction Company from March 2015 to June 2024. Earlier roles include Utility/ITS Manager and Senior Estimator/Utility Manager at Dragados USA, Inc., as well as Senior Estimator/Project Manager at Charah, Inc. Chad has contributed expertise to various heavy-highway projects and coal-burning power plants, consistently providing detailed estimates and overseeing complex utility coordination. Additionally, experience as Lead Estimator at companies such as Dickerson Florida and Ranger Construction Industries has strengthened Chad's proficiency in bidding and project estimation for multiple governmental and private sector clients. Chad holds a degree in Construction Management from Columbus State, earned between 1999 and 2001.
