Dylan Whitehead

Dylan Whitehead is an experienced claims professional with a robust background in the insurance industry, holding various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Claims at Pumpkin since November 2021, Dylan was a founding employee of the claims department. As Founder & Senior Advisor at Alloy Claims since November 2019, Dylan established a technology-focused Third Party Administrator for Property & Casualty claims. Previous positions include Claims Quality Control Manager at Hippo Insurance, Claims Director at Hallmark Financial Services, and Head of Personal Lines Claims at AIG Australia. Additionally, Dylan contributed as a Community Voices Columnist for The Dallas Morning News and held multiple roles at Progressive Insurance, including Casualty Claims Manager and Claims Adjuster. Dylan earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies from San Francisco State University.
