Jayant Lomate

Jayant Lomate is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Global HR Leader at Punch Powertrain since April 2021, Jayant is responsible for managing talent across the company's ecosystem and driving strategies in performance management, recruitment, and talent development. Prior roles include Head HR for India and Global Talent Development Leader at Punch Powertrain, HR Leader at SKF India, and HR Business Partner for various organizations, including Oetiker Group and VARROC Engineering. Jayant holds a Master's in Personnel Management, a Bachelor of Law, a Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
