Rafael Aguilar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain and business planning across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Planning Consumer for North Europe at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since September 2024, Rafael has previously held roles such as Production Planner at Stellantis e-Transmissions and S&OP Specialist at INEOS Automotive, where Rafael led the S&OP process across multiple locations. Additional experience includes positions as Supply and Demand Planner at Nestlé, Demand Planning Manager at Infinity Comercio De Auto Pecas, and Demand Planner for Peugeot at PSA Peugeot Citroën. Rafael began the career in finance with roles as Senior Auditor at Deloitte and Financial Intern at Ford.
