Mark joined Punter Southall Aspire in 2015 but started work in the industry some 20 years earlier in an admin capacity with a leading provider, following graduation and a little travel. He subsequently moved on to an IFA firm and took up a consultant position there in 2001.
Initially his role was focused on employee pension presentations, enrolment and individual member reviews but for many years he has been the main consultant contact for a significant number of typically SME clients providing all round consultative support to both the employer and their employees. With a large and varied client list Mark assists with all manner of pension related matters and delivers services including scheme governance and employee communications. Many of his clients have limited resource to manage pension matters and as such appreciate his proactive approach with ‘calls to action’ in relation to legislative developments and the continued confusion and change which exists in the pension landscape.
