Katerina Kaldeli

Katerina Kaldeli is currently serving as an R&D Laboratory Assistant Decors at Puratos since September 2022, following a role as an R&D Intern Decors and Cream Fillings at the same company from April to July 2022. During the internship, Katerina gained experience in sample preparation, quality control, data processing, sensory evaluation, and the development of plant-based solutions and clean label products. Previously, Katerina interned at the General Chemical State Laboratory from July to September 2021, where responsibilities included determining alcoholic content through distillation and conducting quality control and analysis of volatile compounds in alcoholic beverages using GC-FID.
