Rebecca Prifti

Rebecca Prifti is an accomplished professional in Human Resource Management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Central People Director at PureGym since January 2021, Rebecca has also held positions such as Group Head of People and Head of Central HR within the same organization. Prior to this, Rebecca worked as a People Partner at PureGym from September 2019 to September 2020 and gained valuable experience at Berry Bros. & Rudd Ltd as a Senior People Business Partner and People Business Partner from August 2017 to September 2019. Earlier career highlights include serving as Project Manager for Apprenticeships at Tesco and various internships. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Westminster Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from Durham University.
