John Hayes is an accomplished real estate professional and investment manager with extensive experience across diverse sectors. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at PureWest Christie's International Real Estate since August 2022, Hayes also owns and operates Mountain Modern Lodges, providing luxury vacation rental homes in the Smoky Mountains. An investment manager at Colter Bay LLC since June 2012, Hayes specializes in real estate, energy, finance, and precious metal commodities. Previously, as an Associate Broker at Keller Williams Realty from November 2012 to July 2022, Hayes focused on residential homes in the Steiner Ranch market, offering complimentary home staging services. Hayes co-founded BOLD Precious Metals, an online bullion dealer, from January 2016 to April 2018.
