Ashish VR is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social change and development initiatives. Currently serving as a Consultant for Purpose since September 2024, Ashish VR is involved in the "Alli Serona" initiative aimed at empowering women from the informal workforce in Bengaluru. In addition, Ashish VR holds the position of Director at Stand4SHE, focusing on critical issues in sanitation and hygiene, while also consulting for the Create Change Foundation to foster leadership among marginalized women and girls. Previously, Ashish VR was a Senior Program Manager at Reap Benefit, leading efforts to mobilize citizen engagement for climate and civic issues. Other relevant experiences include an internship with the Aam Aadmi Party and roles at Rang De and QUEST Alliance. Ashish VR's educational background includes a PGP in Development Leadership from the Indian School of Development Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Alliance University.
