David Rill

David Rill is an experienced professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of NROs and Field Training at Noodles & Company since February 2019. David also participates as a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Council. Prior to this role, David was a District Manager at Salt & Straw from April 2018 to February 2019 and held various managerial positions at Noodles & Company from December 2006 to April 2018, including Area Manager and Market Training Manager. David earned a B.S. in Hospitality Management, Business Management, and Finance from The Ohio State University between 2003 and 2006.
