Zsombor Imre

Zsombor Imre serves as the CEO and Founder of Invendor Advisory Services Ltd. since March 2002, where strategic advisory services for M&A are provided to corporate clients and startups. Additionally, Zsombor is the CEO and Founder of Invendor Holding, a family holding company with investments in fintech and technology-intensive sectors across more than five countries since November 2016. In an advisory capacity, Zsombor contributes as a board member at Puzl CowOrKing and previously played significant roles at B-Payment Group, including Member of the Supervisory Board and CEO at subsidiaries. Zsombor's past experience includes a partnership at eBIT e-Business Management Consultants Ltd., which became part of Invendor Advisory Services Ltd. in 2016, as well as serving as Chairman of the European Payments Consulting Association. Academic accomplishments include a Master of Science in Finance from Budapest University of Economic Sciences, alongside education from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Université catholique de Louvain, and elte radnóti.
