Luca Haidari

Luca Haidari is an experienced finance and strategy professional currently serving as the Finance, Risk, Strategy & Performance Director at Aéma Groupe, where responsibilities include ExCo membership and leadership of Group Strategy. Luca has led significant strategic initiatives, including the acquisition of Aviva France's businesses. With concurrent roles as a board member for Ofi Invest, Groupe P&V, Socram Banque, Abeille Assurances, and Groupe IMA, as well as previous strategy leadership at MACIF and a senior manager position at Kearney, Luca brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, M&A, and operational efficiency across various sectors. Luca holds advanced degrees in General Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from CentraleSupélec and Università degli Studi di Padova, respectively, complemented by a background in applied economics.
