Leighanna Frantz

Leighanna Frantz currently serves as the Head of Commercial Operations at PVComplete since March 2024. Prior to this role, Frantz worked as a Financial Development Associate at Standard Solar from February 2023 to March 2024. At New Columbia Solar, experience included positions as Market Development Manager and Sales Operations, where responsibilities encompassed leading sales process development, software implementation, and community engagement related to solar opportunities. Earlier roles included a Sales and Marketing Intern focused on project data collection and CRM implementation, alongside various positions during college at Bethany College, including German Language Proctor and Secretary. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from Bethany College and certificates in International Environmental Policy and German Language from Heidelberg University and Goethe Institut, respectively.
