Wijnand de Leeuw

Wijnand de Leeuw currently serves as Strategisch Accountmanager Overheid & Onderwijs at Den Haag Werkt and as Fractievoorzitter PvdA Schiedam for the PvdA, both positions held since February 2024. Prior to this, Wijnand de Leeuw was the owner of Cirqle from June 2022 to February 2024 and held multiple roles at Flevum from April 2017 to April 2022, including Director RvB Programma, Manager Boardroom Program, and Senior Program & Content Manager. Wijnand de Leeuw began a career in research as an intern at Amnesty International in 2015 and served as a member of the Universiteitsraad at Utrecht University from 2012 to 2013, notably as Fractievoorzitter Lijst Helder and Vice-Voorzitter Strategie, Personeels- en Studentenbeleid. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in European Governance from Utrecht University and Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Philosophy from Utrecht University, complemented by education at the University of Konstanz.
