Leonardo Amorim

Leonardo Amorim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and IT service management. Since November 2017, Leonardo has held various managerial and associate roles at PwC Brasil, focusing on agile project management, functional and non-functional requirement gathering, and vendor management. Previously, from September 2013 to November 2017, Leonardo worked at SAVE Tecnologia da Informação as an applications analyst, providing administration and support for the ITSM tool 0800net and contributing to process improvements. Leonardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Impacta Tecnologia and is currently pursuing an MBA in Digital Solution Architecture from the same institution.
