Sergio Mateos Orcajo

Sergio Mateos Orcajo serves as the Director of Sustainability and Climate Change at PwC Spain since June 2021, having previously held various senior management roles specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability at PwC since 2008. Expertise includes non-financial ESG reporting, strategic management of gender diversity, and socio-economic impact analysis in the financial sector. Sergio also possesses a background in integrated reporting based on IIRC principles, having contributed to diagnosing corporate impacts and preparing comprehensive reports. Prior experience includes a brief internship at Bankinter. Sergio holds a Master’s degree in Consulting and Business Advisory from Escuela de Organización Industrial and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
