Ritesh Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management and automation technologies. Currently serving as a Partner at PwC India since April 2023, Ritesh previously spent over six years at HCLTech, where roles included Senior Vice President and Head of Intelligent Automation and Digital Transformation, managing a portfolio that encompassed Robotics Process Automation, analytics, and AI. Ritesh has a history of leading BPM practices in various organizations, including ValueLabs and Wipro Technologies, where responsibilities involved defining next-generation business processes and delivering BPM and CRM solutions. Early career experiences include positions at Tata Consultancy Services, Banco Popular North America, Infosys, and NIIT Technologies. Ritesh holds a B.Tech. in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
