Avantika Pandey

Avantika Pandey is a Human Resources Specialist currently working at PwC since July 2024, following a role as an HR Intern at realme from December 2023 to July 2024. With a background in talent acquisition and HR operations, Avantika has also served as a Placement Coordinator at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and completed internships at Deloitte, OYO, EY, Able, and Tata Motors. Avantika holds a Master of Business Administration from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, completed in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, obtained in 2022. Early education was completed at ASN Senior Secondary School, culminating in a High School Diploma in Business/Commerce in 2019.
