Carman Gao

Carman Gao is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and business analysis. Currently serving as an Accounting Assistant at Chrysalix Venture Capital and as a Business Analyst at NTWIST since March 2023, Carman has previously held positions including Finance Project Assistant at BC Children's Hospital Research Institute and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at UBC Sauder School of Business for the Intermediate II Financial Accounting course. Additional roles have included Finance and Administrative Coordinator at Industry Sandbox & AI Computing and a longstanding position as a Hostess at Sidney Harbour Chinese Restaurant since 2015. Carman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC Sauder School of Business, having studied there from 2019 to 2023, and previously attended the University of Victoria from 2018 to 2019.
