Charly Bousaid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process engineering, project management, and technology development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at PwC, Charly leads initiatives in business process engineering for governmental corporate services, particularly in Procurement and PMO departments. Previously, Charly was a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry and the Founder & Director of Smarke, overseeing the transformation of Smarke into a market-ready product.
