Jaime Mantilla

Jaime Mantilla, MSIT, currently serves as a Manager in Software and Product Innovation with a focus on Quality Engineering at PwC since March 2024. Previously, Jaime held multiple roles at AgileThought from February 2021 to March 2024, advancing from Senior Test Automation Engineer to Principal Test Automation Engineer. Prior experience includes positions as a Software Engineer and Sr. SQA Engineer at Catalina USA, and a Quality Assurance Analyst at PwC. Jaime began a career at Raymond James Financial Inc. as a Technology Test Analyst and also worked as a Systems Specialist in Equity Capital Markets. Earlier roles at Citi involved customer service and banking functions. Jaime holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Management Information Systems, respectively, from the University of South Florida.
