Lyndsey MacRae

Lyndsey MacRae is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in transaction tax and structuring. Currently serving as Director of Deals Tax at PwC, Lyndsey has held key positions at Terra Firma Capital Partners as Tax & Structuring Manager, EY as Director and Senior Manager in Transaction Tax, and Grant Thornton UK LLP as Associate Director in Transaction Tax. Lyndsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Edinburgh, which was completed between 2001 and 2004, following an education at Hutchesons' Grammar School from 1994 to 2000.
