Megha Kapil is a seasoned talent acquisition expert with extensive experience in driving campus recruitment and strategic hiring across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Head of India Campus Recruitment at PwC since May 2021, Megha has held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Oracle, focusing on attracting top talent from premier institutions. With a strong background in recruitment strategy, Megha has successfully initiated programs such as Campus Ambassador initiatives and restructured onboarding processes to enhance efficiency. Previous roles include Assistant Manager of Recruitment at Quinnox Consultancy Services and Manager of Recruitment at Conscript HR Advisors, where Megha led diversity hiring and high-volume recruitment efforts. Megha holds an MBA in HR and a BCom in Accounts from the University of Mumbai.
