Shant Peter Yeremian

Shant Peter Yeremian is a seasoned professional in Technology M&A and Private Equity, currently serving as Partner and Head of Technology M&A at PwC since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading Technology M&A and Private Equity Digital Value Creation. Prior to this role, Shant was a Partner at KPMG Canada, where the Technology M&A practice was established and scaled from January 2018 to October 2022. Additional experience includes board involvement with the Ontario Aerospace Council and Thermodyne Engineering Ltd., as well as founding Lucien Capital Group, focusing on investments in the Technology and Aerospace sectors. Shant held positions at Equiteq, KPMG UK, PwC UK, and Deloitte UK, specializing in Technology M&A. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Finance from London Business School and dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Western University.
