Larry Feinberg

Larry N. Feinberg has been a leading analyst, investor & securities merchant banker in the health care industry for over 40 years. Prior to establishing Oracle Partners L.P., the nations’ first dedicated health care hedge fund in 1993, Larry was a principal and led both public and private equity investing in the health care sector at Odyssey Partners, L.P. He continues as the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer, as well as the primary stakeholder, for Oracle’s public and private securities investment funds.

Since early in his Wall Street career, Larry has been widely regarded as one of the premier analysts in the field of health care, having been elected to the Institutional Investor All-American Research Team for 7 consecutive years. Larry began his career at Dean Witter Reynolds in 1980 as a health care analyst, capitalizing on his early experience within his family’s New England pharmacy business. He was later director of health care research at Drexel Burnham Lambert before establishing his own investment firm, Oracle Investment Management, Inc. He holds an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.
