Joyce Folake Coker

Joyce Folake Coker serves as the Group Human Resources Director for Africa at PZ Cussons since July 2011, where leadership in HR strategy and execution has been provided to support business growth within a complex matrix organization. Prior experience includes roles at Unilever, where Joyce worked as HR Business Partner for Central Africa and managed various HR functions, alongside earlier positions at Heirs Alliance, Accenture, and Universal Commercial Plc, demonstrating extensive expertise in human resources across multiple sectors and countries. Joyce holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and continues education at INSEAD while having studied at prestigious institutions like the University of Cambridge, London Business School, and the University of Westminster.
