Lindsay Hunt

Lindsay Hunt is an experienced healthcare transformation leader currently serving as an Associate Consultant at Q5, focused on organization and health system transformation. Prior roles include Senior Director and Vice President for Systems Transformation at the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, where Lindsay designed and led a $1 million initiative to increase COVID-19 vaccination rates among individuals with serious mental illness. Previous experience encompasses Director of Systems Transformation at Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care, where a $2.5 million telehealth program was implemented to improve chronic condition management in rural communities. Additional roles include consulting in quality improvement at Boston Children's Hospital and project management at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Lindsay's foundational experiences in fundraising and program development were established as a Program Officer at United Way of the Bay Area.
