Agata Sala

Agata Sala has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Business HR and Global Workplace Experience at QAD since June 2006, where responsibilities include partnering with the Customer Success group globally and leading Workplace Experience initiatives. Previously, Agata held the position of Global HR Business Partner for Services, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and communication activities, and served as HR Manager for the Central and Eastern Europe region. Prior to QAD, Agata was an HR Business Partner at Volvo IT from 1996 to 2006. Agata's educational background includes postgraduate degrees in HR Management, Communication, and Labour Law from various institutions, along with ongoing education in business coaching and business training facilitation.
