Wicks Rabach

Wicks Rabach serves as the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Lusweti & Nabutola Company Advocates since January 2020, while also holding the position of Founder and Executive Director at L'Equipe & Security Ltd since June 2015 and founding the WEZA Programme focused on youth leadership and mentorship since January 2016. Wicks has extensive experience as an airline pilot, having flown for various airlines including ASKY Airlines, RwandAir Ltd, Jet, and Jambojet, with expertise in Boeing 737 NG aircraft. Previous roles also include serving as Chief Security Officer at Keroche Breweries Limited, where Wicks developed security strategies. Wicks holds an MBA in Leading Innovation and Change from York St. John University and multiple aviation-related qualifications, including a Commercial Pilot's Licence and various ratings for Boeing aircraft.
