Binaf Ummer, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project engineering and management, currently serving as the Lead Project Engineer and Head of Projects at Qatar Petroleum since 2001. In this role, Binaf oversees a multi-disciplinary team handling a diverse range of infrastructure, oil & gas, power, and utilities projects, managing the complete project life cycle.
